The Fitness Collective (NZ) is a women-only fitness community in Takapuna, Auckland designed especially for women aged 35 and over. Led by experienced instructor Giesela Visser-Heydon and her dedicated team, we focus on creating a supportive, fun, and inclusive environment where every woman feels comfortable, capable, and confident.
We offer small group training sessions that cater to all fitness levels and abilities, including those with injuries or mobility limitations. With bespoke workouts, flexible options, and plenty of laughter, our classes help women build strength, coordination, and confidence while enjoying every step.
